1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached, and in the same packaging as when they were shipped.

2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Our Customer Service: Please send an email to [kelisitingofficial@hotmail.com] with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[your order number]". In the email, clearly state the reason for your return, whether it's sizing issues, a change of mind, or a product defect. Our customer service team will respond promptly, usually within 24 - 48 hours on business days.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
3. Return Shipping
- Shipping Costs: If you are returning an item due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, sizing issues that could have been avoided with reference to our size guide, or other non - defect reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure that the package reaches us safely. We are not liable for any lost or damaged return packages sent without proper tracking.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 7 - 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Partial Refunds: In case of a return of only some items from an order, a partial refund will be calculated based on the price of the returned items, excluding any shipping costs that were already incurred for the entire order.
5. Exchanges
- In - stock Items: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item. If the item you want to exchange for is in stock, we will do our best to expedite the process.
- Out - of - stock Items: If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the returned item so that you can make a new purchase when the desired product becomes available again.
